Man vänjer sig.

Of course, late last night I remembered where I might have put my trusty old spanner after I used it last time (a month ago), and sure enough, there it was. So now I have two. Oh well, having one extra never (or at least very rarely) killed anyone.

So with the necessary tools at hand, I have finally mended my (really darnia's) bicycle. I have changed the inner tube for the back wheel, altered the saddle and the handlebars to fit my height, and taken it for a brief test ride around the block. It seems to be working fine. This afternoon I will probably take a ride down to Tumba to see how long it will take.

In other news, it takes me 27 minutes to bike to Tumba. I expect to shave this down with a few minutes once I find the best paths. Possibly more once I get into something even remotely resembling shape.
